About The Position

Soccer Shots is a non-competitive, character-focused soccer program that introduces the game to children ages 2–8. Our caring team positively impacts children’s lives on and off the field through best-in-class coaching, curriculum, and communication. We’re looking for part-time coaches who are passionate about working with children and bringing energy and enthusiasm to every session.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Responsible: Timely, attentive, safety-conscious, and reliable with your schedule.
• Engaging: Confident leading groups of 10+ children in a fun, structured environment.
• Enthusiastic & Fun: Outgoing, energetic, and able to connect with young children (ages 2–8).
• Patient & Adaptable: Flexible when things don’t go as planned and able to keep sessions moving.
• Professional: Friendly and respectful with parents, staff, and partners.
• Team Player: Collaborative, dependable, and a strong communicator.
• Experience with Children: Comfortable engaging and interacting with young children.
• Reliable Transportation: Must have a reliable vehicle and clean driving record.
• Must pass a state background check and FBI fingerprinting.

Nice To Haves

• Soccer experience is a plus, but not required—experience with children is key.
