About The Position

Soccer Shots is seeking dependable coaches to lead 30-minute to 1-hour-long soccer sessions for children ages 18-months to 8 years old. These sessions take place at local preschools, elementary schools, parks, and community centers. Coaches will travel within a 30–45 minute radius for coaching assignments. The role offers a fun work environment with flexible hours that provides a meaningful coaching experience with young children, aiming to leave a lasting, positive impact.

Requirements

Passion for positively impacting children’s lives through the love of sports and fitness!
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must be able to pass a background check.
Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle that is insured.
Availability during the Fall Season (September through early-December) within weekday morning (8:30 AM – 1 PM), weekday afternoon (1:30 PM – 4:30 PM), weekday evening (4:30 PM – 7 PM), or weekend morning (8:30 AM – 1 PM) timeframes.
Experience working with children ages 18-months to 8 years old is preferred.

Nice To Haves

Prior soccer experience is not required.
Coaching at least 2 complete seasons is preferred.

Responsibilities
