About The Position

The Goddard School in Spring House is seeking Assistant Preschool and PreK Teachers for the 2026-27 school year. This role is ideal for individuals who feel valued by a supportive team, want to contribute ideas to a growing classroom, and enjoy classroom organization and collaboration. The school is looking for both new and veteran teachers who are passionate about high-quality education for young learners, comfortable collaborating with lead teachers and other classrooms, experienced with positive classroom management, and possess nurturing instincts to support children's self-directed learning through play. The school is in its fourth year of operation and is expanding its faculty to support future growth plans. Requirements

Three years of verified experience in Early Child Care
Excited to learn from a growing team
Passionate about high-quality education to our youngest learners
Comfortable collaborating with Lead Teacher and other classrooms in the school
Experienced with positive classroom management techniques
Nurturing instincts to support children leading their own learning through play
Experience working with Infant, Toddler, Preschool, Pre-K, and School-Aged students
