- Minimum of Bachelor's Degree Required.
- Assistance Provided to Obtain Teaching Certification in the State of Missouri.

Responsibilities
- Design instructional opportunities for students to access state learning standards and to achieve IEP, Behavior Intervention Plan, and transition goals.
- Manage the classroom environment and the various adults assigned to supporting classroom needs.
- Monitor students receiving related services weekly (Speech, Occupational Therapy, Counseling, etc.).
- Accept direction and adhere to policies and procedures.
- Demonstrate tact, resourcefulness, patience, and dedication and react calmly and effectively in high emotion situations.
- Maintain ongoing progress records for all students assigned and communicate regularly to parents.
- Demonstrate preparedness for IEP meetings through the submission of drafted documents according to supervisors timeline.
