About The Position
This position involves working with elementary school students, providing one-on-one and small group remediation support. The ideal candidate will collaborate effectively with school staff and students of all ages, and perform other assigned duties. This is a 37.5 hours per week, 186 days (9.5 months) per year role.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Possess one of the following or be willing to obtain to be highly qualified: Two-year college degree, Passed ParaPro Assessment, 48 credit hours of college level classes, or Childhood Development Associate certificate (CDA).
- Highly Qualified Paraprofessional Certification.
Responsibilities
- Work one-on-one and in small groups with elementary school students.
- Provide remediation support for students.
- Work well with school staff and students of all ages.
- Complete other duties as requested.
