About The Position

Renaissance Public School Academy is hiring a Preschool Lead Teacher for the upcoming school year. Must hold a valid Michigan teaching certificate with an Early Childhood (ZA or ZS) endorsement, or a bachelor's degree in child development/early childhood education with specialization in preschool teaching. The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to foster a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for young children aged 3 to 5 years. The Preschool Teacher will be responsible for implementing developmentally appropriate activities that enhance children's cognitive, social, emotional, and physical growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field
  • Valid teaching certification/license in Michigan with a ZA or ZS endorsement
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in planning and assessing educational activities
  • Experience in a preschool or early childhood setting
  • Strong understanding of child development and the principles of early childhood education
