About The Position

Guidepost Montessori is seeking an experienced and driven leader to become their next Head of School in the Lynnwood area. This role involves leading a campus that is redefining early childhood education by implementing an authentic Montessori model focused on building independence, confidence, and critical thinking skills in children. The Head of School will be the primary driver of the campus's culture, growth, and impact on families, championing the Montessori program and ensuring the financial health of the school.

Requirements

• Director Qualified status
• Leadership experience in early childhood education
• Sharp organizational skills, attention to detail, and a results-first mindset
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A knack for building a warm, high-trust team culture
• The confidence to make tough calls, even with incomplete information
• Genuine enthusiasm for Montessori education and what it can do for kids

Nice To Haves

• Classroom teaching experience in an early childhood setting
• Prior experience as an Admissions, Administrative, Program, or School Director for a preschool
• Familiarity with Montessori education or a Montessori certification
