Guidepost Montessori is looking for a bold, driven leader to become our next Head of School in the Mansfield area — and help build something extraordinary along the way. Requirements

• Director-qualified credentials
• Leadership experience in early childhood education
• Sharp organizational skills, close attention to detail, and a relentless focus on results
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• A gift for building a warm, caring team culture
• Strong leadership instincts — and the courage to make tough calls with limited information
• A genuine passion for getting education right through Montessori pedagogy

Nice To Haves

• Hands-on teaching experience in an early childhood education setting
• Experience as an Admissions, Administrative, Program, or School Director for a preschool
• Familiarity with the Montessori method — or a Montessori certification
