About The Position
Seeking an experienced Preschool Director to lead the daily operations of a licensed preschool. Responsibilities include overseeing staff, ensuring NJ licensing compliance, managing enrollment and family relations, and maintaining a safe, high-quality learning environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5+ years of preschool leadership experience
- Preschool classroom experience required
- Strong knowledge of NJ childcare licensing regulations
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
Nice To Haves
- Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education preferred
- Additional certifications and extensive experience preferred
