About The Position

Spring Education Group’s Early Childhood Education Division includes nearly 150 schools offering services from infant care through Pre-K/K programs, as well as summer camp and after-school programs. Its schools use a range of educational approaches, including the proprietary Links to Learning curriculum, accredited Montessori methods (AMI and AMS), and Mandarin and Spanish language immersion programs. Xplor Preschool & School Age is seeking a qualified Support/Float Teacher to support its Infant, Toddler, and Preschool programs. The role is for an energetic, dedicated individual who wants to make a lasting difference in children’s lives. The teacher designs and implements age-appropriate activities, supports a warm and consistent classroom routine, builds partnerships with families, and works with co-teachers and school leaders to provide a strong learning experience. Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
At least 6 months of experience in a licensed childcare center.
Passion for early learning, creativity, and helping children discover new skills.
Authorization to work in the United States.
