About The Position

The Malvern School is seeking a motivated, career-oriented Assistant Teacher for the Preschool classroom at its Valley Forge school. This full-time role runs Monday through Friday. The teacher assists with implementing the school’s Early Childhood Education program in accordance with school policies and its philosophy, maintains a safe, healthy, and educational classroom environment, and communicates regularly with parents in person and through technology, meeting or exceeding their expectations.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Either at least 2,500 hours (1 year, 4 months) of documented experience with young children in a licensed facility, or 15 relevant college credits (or a CDA) and at least 1,250 hours (8 months) of documented experience with young children in a licensed facility.
