Whether you're beginning your early childhood career or looking for a supportive place to grow, we'll provide the training, mentorship, and opportunities to help you succeed.

Requirements

At least 18 years old
High school diploma or GED
Passion for working with young children
12–24 months of experience working with children under age 3 in a licensed childcare setting (for Infant/Toddler Caregiver role)
Required Infant/Toddler training (or willingness to complete—we'll help!) (for Infant/Toddler Caregiver role)
CDA or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (or related field) (for Teacher role)
6–12 months of experience in a licensed preschool or childcare program (for Teacher role)
Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and reside in Hawai‘i (or have plans to relocate).

Nice To Haves

No childcare experience? That's okay! We have a limited number of Aide positions available while we help you complete the training needed to become PATCH qualified—and we even pay for your CDA certification.

Support children's social, emotional, language, and early learning development through age-appropriate activities.
Encourage curiosity through art, music, outdoor play, stories, movement, and hands-on exploration.
Build positive relationships with children, families, and fellow teachers.
