About The Position

Whether you're beginning your early childhood career or looking for a supportive place to grow, we'll provide the training, mentorship, and opportunities to help you succeed.

Requirements

  • At least 18 years old
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Passion for working with young children
  • 12–24 months of experience working with children under age 3 in a licensed childcare setting (for Infant/Toddler Caregiver role)
  • Required Infant/Toddler training (or willingness to complete—we'll help!) (for Infant/Toddler Caregiver role)
  • CDA or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (or related field) (for Teacher role)
  • 6–12 months of experience in a licensed preschool or childcare program (for Teacher role)
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and reside in Hawai‘i (or have plans to relocate).

Nice To Haves

  • No childcare experience? That's okay! We have a limited number of Aide positions available while we help you complete the training needed to become PATCH qualified—and we even pay for your CDA certification.

Responsibilities

  • Create a safe, welcoming, and nurturing classroom environment.
  • Support children's social, emotional, language, and early learning development through age-appropriate activities.
  • Encourage curiosity through art, music, outdoor play, stories, movement, and hands-on exploration.
  • Build positive relationships with children, families, and fellow teachers.
  • Work as part of a collaborative team dedicated to helping every child thrive.
