About The Position

We are seeking passionate, creative, and dedicated Preschool and Pre-Kindergarten Teachers to join our growing early childhood education team. This is an exciting time to become part of our school as we launch our new Wonder of Learning Curriculum—an innovative, child-centered approach designed to foster curiosity, creativity, collaboration, and a lifelong love of learning. Positions Available: Lead Preschool Teachers (Full-Time), Lead Pre-Kindergarten Teachers (Full-Time), Assistant Teachers (Full-Time), Limited Part-Time Opportunities Available. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Must successfully complete all required background checks and meet applicable state licensing requirements.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience working with preschool-aged children is preferred.
  • CDA, Associate's, or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred.
  • A passion for early childhood education and child-led learning.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and classroom management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Create engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences aligned with the Wonder of Learning Curriculum.
  • Foster a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment where every child can thrive.
  • Encourage children's social, emotional, cognitive, language, and physical development through hands-on exploration and play.
  • Observe and document children's growth and developmental milestones.
  • Build positive relationships and maintain open communication with families and fellow educators.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to implement innovative teaching practices and classroom experiences.
  • Maintain all health, safety, and state licensing requirements.
