About The Position

At the Primrose School of Burlington, we have built something different for certified, experienced teachers who are tired of working in a negative environment, buying their own supplies, and taking planning home at night. Your day will involve teaching alongside an equal partner, as every classroom has two co-teachers with shared ownership and voice. Your classroom will always have the coverage it deserves with a dedicated support teacher who covers breaks, planning time, and days off, ensuring consistency for the children. You will have an education coach in your corner every day, acting as a thought partner, resource, and advocate to help you grow. Planning time is protected and occurs at work, on the clock, within scheduled hours, so you can leave work clear-headed. All classroom materials, resources, and supplies are fully provided.

Requirements

Certified, experienced teacher.
Holds a Massachusetts Department of Early Education and Care (EEC) teacher certification.
Real classroom experience.
Commitment to a full-time role.
MA Department of Early Education and Care (EEC) teacher certification (required).
Demonstrated experience in early childhood education, preschool or Pre-K level preferred.
Full-time availability.
