As a Presales Solutions Engineer, you’ll play a critical role in shaping how clients envision and adopt better ways of working across IT, software development, and the business. You’ll operate at the intersection of sales and delivery—partnering with Account Executives and consulting teams to design solutions that span enterprise strategy, service management, and enterprise work management. This role requires both technical depth and strong business acumen: you should be comfortable whiteboarding system architecture with IT leaders while also guiding executives through operating model transformation.
