About The Position

FlowX.AI is an agentic AI platform for large-scale, mission-critical applications. We started in regulated industries - banking and insurance - and have successfully landed major deals in government and defense. We're now expanding into new verticals including logistics, manufacturing, healthcare, and construction. Our platform enables large organizations to deploy, run, and monitor mission-critical AI agents at scale. We provide the governance layers and robustness that AI agents need to operate reliably across the most important business processes.

Requirements

1+ year of experience as a Configuration Engineer, QA Engineer, Software Engineer, or in a similar technical role.
Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Business Information or a related field.
Familiarity with Python.
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS and Angular concepts.
You believe there is always room for improvement and you want to constantly keep learning.
You consider that good cooperation with colleagues is very important.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge in any BPMN platforms (e.g. Appian, Camunda, IBM, Pega) is a plus.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the team to understand business requirements and configure solutions accordingly.
Test and validate configurations to ensure they meet the business and functional expectations.
Design and develop Proof of Concepts (POCs), working closely with senior engineers to validate feasibility and effectiveness.
Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date configuration documentation.
Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and technologies.
Recommend enhancements or optimizations based on feedback.
