About The Position

Servos is seeking a Pre-Sales Solutions Architect to join their virtual team. This role focuses on innovating Digital Services for the Public Sector using the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will thrive at the intersection of technology and storytelling, connecting client challenges with compelling solutions and exciting them about the possibilities of AI on ServiceNow.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of hands-on ServiceNow platform experience across two or more core areas including CSM, PSDS, FSM, HRSD, ITSM, or App Engine.
  • Pre-sales, solutioning, or consulting experience strongly preferred.
  • Skilled communicator who makes technical complexity feel simple, relevant, and exciting to any audience.
  • Deeply curious about AI, whether that's Now Assist and AI Agents inside ServiceNow, or broader tools like Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini.
  • Confident presence in client-facing settings, equally comfortable leading discovery workshops and whiteboarding solution approaches on the fly.
  • Skilled at scoping and able to break down a business problem into a deliverable architecture, a realistic estimate, and a winning proposal.
  • Team builder at heart, someone who creates reusable assets and lifts the whole team rather than just closing the next deal.
  • Committed to honest, client-first thinking and not afraid to push back or speak up when it matters.

Responsibilities

  • Lead discovery conversations with prospective clients to uncover pain points, define desired outcomes, and shape solution approaches on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Build and maintain a library of tailored demos and proof-of-concepts across Servos’ core solution areas, including CSM, PSDS, ITSM, HRSD, App Engine, and more.
  • Prototype AI-powered solutions including agentic workflows, document intelligence, and automated service delivery that show clients what's truly possible.
  • Partner with sales on deal strategy and serve as the primary technical voice through every stage of the sales cycle.
  • Develop estimates, project timelines, and resource plans that feed directly into proposals and statement of works.
  • Champion AI tools internally to accelerate how we scope, build, and deliver during the pre-sales process.
  • Contribute reusable content back to the team, including demo scripts, architecture diagrams, scope templates, and solution accelerators that make everyone better.
  • Stay plugged into the ServiceNow partner ecosystem and help position Servos' AI capabilities as a true differentiator.
