Requirements

  • Extensive experience in architecture or technical presales within a high-growth consultancy, specialized SI, or enterprise digital transformation environment.
  • Proven track record of leading and winning high-value, multi-workstream deals involving interconnected customer experience stacks.
  • Ability to engage CIO/CTO/CMO stakeholders with exceptional storytelling and value-based consulting skills.
  • Experience designing solutions using modern AI frameworks and data governance patterns.
  • Expert-level knowledge of Salesforce (Sales/Service/Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, Agentforce AI framework).
  • Expert-level knowledge of Adobe Experience Cloud (AEM, RT-CDP, CJA, Workfront Fusion).
  • Experience orchestrating environments involving Databricks (Delta Lakehouse), Snowflake, and Braze for cross-channel engagement.
  • Experience designing API-led and event-driven architectures involving hyperscaler patterns (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Responsibilities

  • Own the technical presales process for strategic pursuits, leading discovery workshops with C-suite stakeholders and shaping end-to-end digital architectures.
  • Carry a 50% billable target, leading technical design, environment strategy, and integration frameworks for newly won projects to ensure high-quality delivery.
  • Establish repeatable presales frameworks, templates, and estimation models, serving as a mentor for future architecture hires as the US region expands.
