The Sales Workflow Analyst is a customer-facing role that partners closely with Account Executives to help position Quadient solutions as high-impact, value-driven investments. You support the sales cycle by analyzing customer workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and translating those insights into clear, compelling business cases that accelerate deal progression. In this role, you participate in customer discovery, document current- and future-state workflows, and articulate how Quadient solutions improve efficiency, reduce risk, and deliver measurable outcomes. You serve as a trusted advisor to both customers and sales teams, helping advance opportunities through strong value storytelling and solution alignment.
