About The Position

This is a customer-facing, quota-carrying sales role that partners closely with Account Executives to influence deal strategy, position solutions, and drive revenue. The role is focused on pre-sales discovery, commercial value articulation, and opportunity progression—not internal reporting, dashboards, or standalone analytics. The Sales Workflow Analyst is a customer-facing role that partners closely with Account Executives to help position Quadient solutions as high-impact, value-driven investments. You support the sales cycle by analyzing customer workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and translating those insights into clear, compelling business cases that accelerate deal progression. In this role, you participate in customer discovery, document current- and future-state workflows, and articulate how Quadient solutions improve efficiency, reduce risk, and deliver measurable outcomes. You serve as a trusted advisor to both customers and sales teams, helping advance opportunities through strong value storytelling and solution alignment.

Requirements

  • Experience in quota-carrying or split-quota roles
  • Partnering with Account Executives or sales teams
  • Supporting live deals and customer conversations
  • Presenting to executive stakeholders
  • Selling or positioning SaaS/enterprise solutions
  • Must reside in central Florida and be commutable to Miami or Jacksonville, for local travel (as needed) to customer accounts assigned within the territory.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Account Executives to support discovery, solution positioning, and opportunity progression
  • Conduct customer discovery conversations to understand workflows, pain points, and business priorities, and translate those insights into commercial value narratives that support deal progression
  • Develop data-driven value cases that demonstrate business impact and ROI
  • Document and present customer-specific workflows and recommendations
  • Simplify complex SaaS and enterprise concepts for business and executive audiences
