This position is located in Winston Salem, NC and is a full-time role with benefits eligibility. The Preparation Cook-Cafeteria is responsible for contributing to overall positive patient and customer satisfaction by meeting high service and quality standards. This role involves maintaining sanitation standards, monitoring product quality, ensuring recipe compliance, and meeting productivity and delivery schedules. The cook also follows safety and sanitation rules, completes required training, participates in performance improvement initiatives, and works collaboratively with other team members. Additionally, the role focuses on minimizing waste, controlling costs, proper equipment and supply utilization, and accurate documentation of HACCP and brand requirements. The Preparation Cook may also assume the role of Team Leader in their absence, resolving employee and customer issues.
