About The Position

The Prepack Kitter is responsible for preparing and organizing painted products and playground components required for packaging. This role ensures that all necessary parts are packaged correctly and that orders have all required parts. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Hours: M-Th, 3:30 P.M. - 2:00 A.M.

Must have strong attention to detail and be able to do a final check of parts leaving the building
Must be able to rotate to other positions when needed
Must be able to lift 50 pounds
Basic computer navigation skills

Responsibilities

Gather, organize, and prepare materials, components, and parts required for shipment according to work orders and production schedules.
Maintain accurate inventory records of materials and components, including tracking quantities, identifying shortages, and restocking as needed.
Inspect materials and components for quality and compliance with specifications, reporting any issues or discrepancies.
Create prepackaged kits by accurately counting and packaging materials and components.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of kit assembly, including documentation of quantities.
Collaborate with production teams to ensure that required kits are available when needed, minimizing production delays.
Identify opportunities for process improvements in kit assembly.
