Requirements

Ontario Secondary School Diploma or Ontario Grade 12 Equivalency program
Experience doing repetitive tasks and working in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated good attendance, performance, and attitude, applying Baxter’s Shared Commitments
Ability to plan ahead and work efficiently under minimal supervision
Ability to work in confined space

Nice To Haves

Post-secondary degree in Engineering or Science
Manufacturing/Quality experience in a GMP environment
Experience in the food or manufacturing industry
More than 3 years of experience

Responsibilities

Cleaning and sanitizing Viaflex fill lines, machines, pumps, pipeworks, and parts
Carrying out monthly and weekly cleaning of classified and unclassified areas in Mixing and Filling departments
Cleaning different equipment in mixing and filling sections (emplexes, trough washes, etc.)
Timely disinfection of all fill lines throughout the Weekend Night shift
Supporting the goal of achieving a “Zero Harm Environment” by following all safety procedures
Ensuring the quality of our products by adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and quality procedures
Participating in continuous improvement activities and embracing 6s
Documentation of activity on EBR computer system
Assist with line teardowns as required
