About The Position
Prep Cooks are Heart of House Team Members responsible for helping set the pace for a great shift by providing dependable, fast service. They prepare food according to company recipes and procedures, complete prep work, and help maintain a safe and welcoming environment. The position requires working effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume setting and using kitchen equipment such as slicers, mixers, grinders, and food processors. Chili’s offers flexible part-time or full-time schedules, growth opportunities, and a team-oriented culture.
Requirements

- Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Ability to use slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, and similar equipment.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Properly execute all recipe procedures.
- Prepare a variety of foods using different methods of preparation.
- Follow company safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
- Complete assigned prep work to stock and set up stations.
- Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
