About The Position
Prep Cooks are part of Chili’s Heart of House team and help set the pace for a great shift by providing dependable, fast service. They prepare foods using different methods, follow recipes and food-safety procedures, complete prep work to stock and set up stations, and help maintain a safe and welcoming environment. The role suits someone who takes pride in teamwork and can work quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
Requirements
- Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with Team Members.
- Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Ability to use slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, and similar equipment.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position.
Responsibilities

- Prepare a variety of foods using different methods of preparation.
