Responsibilities

Prep with purpose! Wash, chop, slice, mix, and prepare ingredients according to recipes and company standards.
Keep it fresh! Ensure all food is properly labeled, stored, rotated, and maintained for freshness and quality.
Stay organized! Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary prep area while following food safety and sanitation standards.
Support the team! Assist cooks and kitchen teammates with prep needs throughout the shift.
Work efficiently! Complete prep lists, stock stations, and help keep the kitchen prepared for busy service periods.
Take pride in consistency! Follow recipes and portioning guidelines to ensure every guest gets the same great experience.
Be a team player! Jump in where needed and help create a positive kitchen environment.
