• Previous kitchen or prep experience is a plus, but not required. We'll train the right person.

Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh ingredients according to recipes and company standards
• Chop vegetables, prepare sauces, portion proteins, and complete daily prep lists
• Label, date, and properly store all food items using FIFO procedures
• Keep prep stations clean, organized, and fully stocked
• Assist with receiving and organizing deliveries
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards at all times
• Support line cooks during busy shifts when needed
• Complete opening and closing cleaning duties
• Work with the kitchen team to ensure every shift is set up for success
