Requirements

  • Strong work ethic and sense of urgency
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen

  • Team-first mindset and positive attitude
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift kitchen equipment as needed
  • Line cook or kitchen experience preferred but not required. We will train the right people

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards
  • Work the line efficiently during high-volume service
  • Set up and break down your station properly each shift
  • Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
  • Communicate clearly with the kitchen team during service
  • Assist with prep, stocking, and cleaning as needed
  • Step in to support the team wherever needed because teamwork makes the dream crust
