About The Position
Prep Cooks are Heart of House Team Members responsible for helping set the pace for a great shift by providing dependable, fast service. The role prepares food according to recipes and assigned prep work, stocks and sets up stations, and follows company safety and sanitation procedures. Team Members contribute to a safe and welcoming environment while working in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
Requirements
- Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with Team Members.
- Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Ability to use slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, and similar equipment.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Properly execute all recipe procedures.
- Prepare a variety of foods using different methods of preparation.
- Follow company safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
- Complete assigned prep work to stock and set up stations.
