About The Position

Chili’s bartenders serve food and drinks while creating a lively, hospitable atmosphere for Guests. The role focuses on providing excellent service, maintaining current knowledge of food and beverages, and helping ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming bar environment. The position is based at the Waukegan Chili’s.

Requirements

• Meet the minimum age requirement for the position in the applicable locality.
• Have a positive, outgoing attitude and a genuine desire to exceed Guest expectations.
• Think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Be able to reach, bend, and frequently lift up to 30 pounds.
• Be a team player.

• Provide an enjoyable bar experience for every Guest.
