About The Position

We’re thrilled to be opening a brand-new Bamboo Sushi location in Kirkland, Washington in 2026, and we’re looking for enthusiastic Prep Cooks to help set the foundation for a smooth, high-quality kitchen operation from day one. As a Prep Cook at Bamboo Sushi, you’ll play a key role in preparing the ingredients and supporting the kitchen so every dish is ready to shine.
Requirements

- Valid Food Handler’s Card

- Experience in food prep, inventory, or stocking
Responsibilities
- Prepping ingredients and maintaining organized, ready-to-go stations
- Supporting the kitchen team across prep, cleaning, and other tasks as needed
- Ensuring all food is handled safely and workstations remain clean and organized
- Collaborating with BOH and FOH teams to deliver consistent, high-quality service
