About The Position
Prep Cooks are Kitchen, or “Heart of House,” Team Members responsible for helping set the pace for a great shift and providing dependable, fast service. The role involves preparing food and completing prep work to stock and set up stations while following recipes and company safety and sanitation policies. Prep Cooks contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment and work in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
Requirements
- Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with Team Members.
- Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Ability to use slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, and similar equipment.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Properly execute all recipe procedures.
- Prepare a variety of foods using different preparation methods.
- Follow company safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
- Complete assigned prep work to stock and set up stations.
- Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
