Prep cooks will have oversite of prep operations during their shift. The Winchester, Hancock, Donkey Taqueria, and All In Catering make up this dynamic restaurant group. Responsibilities
- Handling high volume in a full service restaurant
- Showcasing pride and ownership over products made
- Efficient in portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards, and kitchen standards
- Stocking and product management including waste control
- Keeping things clean and organized
- Following all food safety standards and procedures
