About The Position

AIM Strategies LLC is seeking a Prep Cook to work in a fast-paced kitchen and communicate and collaborate with fellow employees. The role supports daily kitchen operations by preparing and stocking food, following recipes and specifications, complying with health regulations, and maintaining a clean, sanitized, professional workspace.

AIM Strategies LLC develops Downtown Topeka and owns and manages The Pennant, Iron Rail Brewing, Weather Room, and TaCo Topeka. Requirements

Responsibilities

• Follow recipes and specifications while performing cooking duties in a fast-paced environment.
• Follow all local and state health code regulations.
• Stock and prepare food items to set up the kitchen for daily operations.
• Keep the assigned station clean and sanitized at all times.
• Perform daily and weekly cleaning duties to maintain the kitchen in a professional manner.
• Communicate and work together with fellow kitchen employees.
