About The Position
The Prep Cook prepares sauces, sides, and ingredients according to exact recipes and specifications. The role includes labeling, dating, and rotating products, maintaining a spotless work area, and preparing the kitchen line before service. No prior experience is required; training in the JNN way is provided. This is a hands-on, high-energy role in a live kitchen and stockroom environment. Duties may include other job-related tasks as business needs require.
Requirements
- No experience required.
- Stand and walk for extended periods, including being on your feet for 8 or more hours a day.
- Lift up to 50 lbs.
- Bend, reach, and climb.
- Perform the role's physical requirements with or without reasonable accommodation.
Responsibilities
- Chop, mix, portion, and prepare sauces, sides, and ingredients according to recipes and specifications.
- Label, date, and rotate products properly.
- Keep the work area spotless.
- Set up the line before the doors open.
