About The Position
Prep Cooks are Kitchen, or “Heart of House,” Team Members who help set the pace for a great shift by preparing food and supporting kitchen operations. They execute recipe procedures, prepare foods using different methods, complete prep work, and stock and set up stations while following company safety and sanitation policies. They contribute to a safe, welcoming environment and work collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-volume setting. Prior experience in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position is preferred. The position offers a flexible part-time or full-time schedule, growth opportunities, a team-oriented atmosphere, and a benefits package that includes health, dental, and life benefits. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis until the position is filled.
Requirements
- Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with Team Members.
- Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Ability to use slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, and similar equipment.

- Prior experience in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position.
