About The Position
Prep Cooks are members of Chili’s Heart of House team and help set the pace for a great shift by providing dependable, fast service. They prepare foods using different methods, complete prep work, and help keep stations stocked and set up while contributing to a safe and welcoming environment. The role calls for a friendly, caring demeanor and the ability to work quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Requirements
- Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with team members.
- Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Ability to use slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, and similar equipment.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position is preferred.
