About The Position

Prep Cooks are members of Chili's Heart of House team, responsible for helping set the pace for a great shift through dependable, fast service. The role involves preparing food according to recipes and varied preparation methods, completing assigned prep work, and stocking and setting up stations. Team members follow company safety and sanitation policies and help maintain a safe, welcoming environment. The position calls for someone who works well with others and can act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.

Requirements

• Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with Team Members.
• Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to use slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, and similar equipment.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position is preferred.
