Line Cook - Harriman Commons Chili's
About The Position
Line Cooks are members of Chili’s Heart of House team and are responsible for helping set the pace for a great shift. They prepare food by learning and executing recipe procedures, keep orders moving continuously from the kitchen, communicate ticket times to Team Members, and help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. The role is in a fast-paced, high-volume setting and requires a friendly, warm, and caring demeanor toward Team Members. Prior experience in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position is preferred. Chili’s offers flexible part-time or full-time schedules, growth opportunities, and a team-oriented culture. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis until the position is filled.
Requirements
- Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with Team Members.
- Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Ability to use slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, and similar equipment.
