About The Position
One Prime is an upscale steakhouse located on the One 09 in downtown Madison overlooking Lake Monona. It features premium cuts, excellent wine, panoramic lake views, a corner bar with outdoor access, and two reservable private dining rooms. Blue Jack is a chic, intimate cocktail lounge & speakeasy featuring appetizers, dessert, and craft cocktails. This position is for a Prep Cook, available for both full and part-time employment. The ideal candidate has a strong commitment to high standards.
Requirements
- Back of house preparation experience
