About The Position
We are looking for Prep Cooks for a new cafe opening in Old Town, Alexandria, VA. Our team members should have engaging communication skills, a genuine passion and knowledge of our menu offerings, a willingness to assist and collaborate within a team, and a great focus on guest service. You will prepare recipes according to standard procedures, including soups, sauces, juices, and other produce. You will also stock and prepare stations for service, communicate product needs to managers-on-duty, maintain cleanliness and organization of your station, and ensure high-quality ingredients and standard food preparation.
Requirements

- Able to stand on feet for 8+ hours a day

Responsibilities
- Prepares recipes according to standard procedures.
- Prepares soups, sauces, juices and other produce.
- Stocks and prepares stations for service.
- Communicates product needs to managers-on-duty (MODs).
- Maintains cleanliness and organization of the station.
- Ensures high-quality ingredients and standard food preparation.
