The role involves preparing recipes, soups, sauces, and juices, stocking stations, communicating product needs, and maintaining cleanliness and organization while ensuring high-quality ingredients and food preparation. Responsibilities
- Prepares recipes according to standard procedures.
- Prepares soups, sauces, juices and other produce.
- Stocks and prepares stations for service.
- Communicates product needs to managers-on-duty (MODs).
- Maintains cleanliness and organization of the station.
- Ensures high-quality ingredients and standard food preparation.
