Baristas are needed for a new cafe opening in Old Town, Alexandria, VA. Team members should have engaging communication skills, a genuine passion and knowledge of menu offerings, a willingness to assist and collaborate within a team, and a great focus on guest service. Responsibilities

• Prepares recipes according to standard procedures.
• Own the Beverage stations making smoothies, coffees, teas and acai bowls.
• Stocks and prepares stations for service.
• Communicates product needs to managers-on-duty (MODs).
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of the station.
• Ensures high-quality ingredients and standard food preparation.
