Responsibilities

Greet customers politely in person, by phone, and at the drive-through.
Record customer orders accurately at the counter, by phone, and at the drive-through.
Process orders through the Pulse system.
Monitor completed orders and deliver them promptly; help ensure orders include all sides and extras.
Promote in-store offers when applicable.
Collect customer payments, provide correct change, process card transactions, and balance the cash drawer at the end of the shift.
Use a drop box to keep cash in the till below $75.
Listen to and resolve customer complaints, suggestions, and inquiries.
Keep the front counter and box-storage areas clean, organized, and stocked.
Clean the dining area, including wiping tables and booths, sweeping and mopping floors, and removing trash.
Clean lobby windows and the outside of the soda machine; wipe down and restock Coke coolers.
Restock dining-area supplies such as napkins, straws, lids, and condiment shakers.
Clean and restock public and employee restrooms during and at the end of the shift.
Help cook food and perform other kitchen work when necessary, only as backup.
