About The Position
Sullivan’s Steakhouse is hiring Prep Cooks. The role involves preparing food, supporting Line Cooks and Pantry as needed, and maintaining clean, safe, and sanitary prep and storage areas. Team Members are eligible for the listed benefits.
Requirements
- Have an upbeat, outgoing, and positive attitude.
- Ability to work positively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to be on your feet and alert for extended periods.
- Ability to handle knives and operate kitchen equipment.
Responsibilities
- Handle knives and operate kitchen equipment.
- Assist Line Cooks and Pantry with food preparation when necessary.
- Continually maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary Prep Area, Walk-In Cooler, and Freezer.
