About The Position
Sullivan’s Steakhouse is hiring qualified applicants for Bartenders. Team Members enjoy benefits for being a part of our growing team! ALL Team Members are 401k eligible after 30 days employment. Benefits include Health/Dental/Vision, and ancillary benefits such as Critical Illness, Accident, and Legal insurance. A Referral Bonus is offered for referring new Team Members.
Requirements
- Ability to work positively in a fast-paced environment
- Alcohol certification required or ability to obtain one
Nice To Haves
- At least six months of related experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate genuine hospitality and deliver exceptional guest service in the bar area
- Mix, garnish and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to company specifications for guests at the bar and in the Dining Room
- Keep the bar stocked and clean while always providing friendly and attentive service
