About The Position
Sullivan’s Steakhouse is hiring Prep Cooks. The role supports kitchen operations by preparing food, assisting Line Cooks and Pantry staff when needed, and maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary prep area, walk-in cooler, and freezer. Applicants should have a positive attitude, work well in a fast-paced environment, and be able to remain on their feet and alert for extended periods.

Responsibilities
- Handle knives and operate kitchen equipment.
- Assist Line Cooks and Pantry staff with food preparation when necessary.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary prep area, walk-in cooler, and freezer.
