About The Position

Park Distillery Restaurant is seeking Prep Cooks to join their team. Park is a craft distillery in Downtown Banff with a menu featuring campfire-inspired cuisine and wood-fired rotisserie specialties, served alongside award-winning spirits. It is the only distillery located in a Canadian National Park.

Requirements

• Excellent work ethic and communication skills
• Previous culinary experience is an asset
• You thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible schedule required
• Applicants must be legally eligible to work in Canada.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and cooking dishes, ensuring standards are being met
• Work closely with the Chefs and kitchen team members to ensure a seamless service
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization
• Assist with training new team members as required
