To prepare batched food items used in all areas of operation. Items include preparation of raw ingredients (washing, slicing and dicing) as well as putting ingredients together to make soups, stocks, sauces and batch recipes. Prep cook is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards for glassware, tableware, cooking utensils, etc., using machine and manual cleaning methods.
