About The Position

The Genesee Brew House is looking for a motivated Dishwasher. This position ensures the dishwashing area is maintained as a clean, safe and sanitary facility.

Requirements

• Manual dexterity skills
• Organizational skills
• Active listening - paying full attention to what is being said, understanding points being made, asking questions as appropriate
• Speaking - effectively convey information to others

Responsibilities

• Sort and rinse dirty dishes, glass, and other cooking utensils and place them in racks to send through dish machine
• Wash pots, pans and trays by hand
• Maintain working area safe and clean; sweep/mop as needed
• Maintain kitchen floors clean and dry ensuring timely wipe up and clean-up of any spills
• Must notify Manager anytime dish machine wash or rinse falls below safety standard temperatures
